Queue & Opening Policy

When called, confirm if you want live opening. If absent, your item is set aside and ships sealed. Orders placed before or after the stream ship sealed by default. We never open without your presence.

Cancellations & Refunds Cancel

Within 1 hour of purchase if unopened. Once opened live, all sales are final—no cancellations, refunds, or returns.

Condition & Shipping Sealed items

All items arrive in factory condition. Minor outer scuffs may occur and aren't considered damage. Items $500+ receive extra protective packaging. Tracking provided upon shipment. We're not responsible for carrier delays after handoff to USPS. 

Orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

In the rare event of loss or damage in transit, insurance claims are handled through the carrier process.

Important- Trading card products are randomized. No specific cards, rarities, or values guaranteed. All live openings are recorded.

About Items:

1. Card products are only guaranteed to have no obvious defects and man-made injuries, and PSA rating is not guaranteed. The product picture is for display doesn't mean that the cards/box you receive are exactly the same.

2. Goods may be lost and damaged (violent transportation). If you have any problems with the goods, please contact us in time, and we will give you a satisfactory solution within 24 hours. Please don't open the return application at will, which is very important to us.

3. The shipping period is 1-2 working days, but it will usually be sent out within 2 days.

4. It is recommended if your shipping sealed to contact us before purchasing as items may have minor defects/tears in packaging.
